I am 45 and my periods have suddenly gone wonky in that they are still really regular but with this one, there is hardly any blood. I have had a couple of days of spotting but no flow. Pms symptoms have been awful and I feel like I have been hormonal for weeks.
Aibu to assume this is peri menopause?
Recent smear was all fine
