I thought she was nasty before, but now she associates with Holocaust deniers.

Is it not a coincidence that she's just been on the brink of bankruptcy and then suddenly she's signed up to do something inflammatory in the hope she'll get some appearances on TV and the opportunity to pull some money in ?

The world should ignore this woman. She's an opportunistic attention whore who enjoys fanning the flames of intolerance in order to feed her 'I just tell it like it is' persona.

Reading the bit at the top of the article Katie works with Rebel media which represented that Tommy whatshis name so KH is actually living in a cesspit which is tragic

Why do people keep saying that she ‘associates’ with the far right? So far as I can tell, she is just far right, with her talk of ‘final solutions’ and lack of any compassion. She happily shares a stage with holocaust deniers, etc., and she’s sure as hell not there to play devils advocate and challenge their views.

I mean, she could potentially suddenly move leftwards, but that would appear to be a miracle at this point.

As the political mainstream moves ever further in the direction of the far right, professional controversialists like Hopkins have to try ever harder to shock us. I'd be more worried about the nutjob fascist in her Downing Street bunker than the nutjob fascist writing silly columns for the tabloids, even though they are part of the same problem.

I always think of the Sam Neill ‘Merlin’ film and that bit at the end where they all turn around and forget about Mab when I think of KH. It’s the only way...

She realised a few years ago that parroting extreme views got her attention, and she built her “career” on that. She of course went too far which ended in her being sued and led to her subsequent insolvency filing. But she’s in far too deep now for redemption. Her only hope is to carry on spouting these horrific opinions to rebuild her career in the right wing media. Agree with PP that we should ignore her and hope she goes away.
