I don't get why people stockpile cleaning stuff! I have 1 bottle Zoflora, 1 bleach , 1 Mr Muscle bathroom cleaner, 1 Mr Muscle window cleaner, 1 bottle of fairy liquid! Would rather have money sitting in my bank instead of my cupboard.

Verbeena, you are bizarrely committed to Mrs Hinch’s defence

Yesrainbowsandsmiles verbeena likes to dominate a hinch thread or two

WhirlyGigWhirlyGig · 24/10/2018 13:55

Berbeena it stops being fun when she's encouraging people to clear shelves of cleaning products, use fabric softener so her house and others are a huge fire risk and as for the sly encouragement to from [usually] young mothers tospend money they probably haven't actually got spare, to buy into her lifestyle. Not fun, very irresponsible.

WhirlyGigWhirlyGig · 24/10/2018 13:55

Verbeena not berbeena as I managed to put.

VerbeenaBeeks · 24/10/2018 14:06

I've always agreed it's dangerous to mix chemicals? You can't deny that her cleaning account is a fun take on cleaning. it gets people engaged. That's all I was saying.
These threads make me laugh. Not in a good way. Why does it always have to get personal? People can still see behind not so witty strike outs, you know.

VerbeenaBeeks · 24/10/2018 14:09

Other people are on these threads too. If you say anything positive though you're automatically a super fan just because you're not joining in with OMG her house must stink, what a try hard and I'm worried she's gonna poison her dog Hmm
Slate or the personal shit starts up again.

HSM19 · 24/10/2018 14:19

Anti-HinchArmy are after you Verbenna. 😂 people don’t like it when you don’t agree with them. Keep doing what your doing! There’s a lot of ‘pro’ hinch comments in here I don’t see all of them being ganged up on.

kisscub · 24/10/2018 14:22

What difference is it making to your lives?

Why are you all so upset by it?

Don't you have things to do other than sit on the internet bemoaning Mrs Hinch?

I buy bulk when things are on offer. I've got 12 bottles of Zoflora (on my windowsill too, the sun shines on it and I STILL haven't gone up in a puff of linen fresh smoke) and I've been spraying my sofa with lenor for 7 years. Everyone in my house is still alive, including the cat.

VerbeenaBeeks · 24/10/2018 14:25

Ta @HSM19 Smile

HSM19 · 24/10/2018 14:27

Since when did it become her responsibility to look out for everyone of her followers. Getting usually young mothers to spend there money they don’t have - that is their choice and I think it’s pretty out of order to suggest it’s all young mothers following her and that they are all skint Hmm . From what I see a lot of older people follow her and middle aged women & men and young couples and even teenagers so your comment is wrong. There are influencers for fashion who encourage people to buy clothes/make up again maybe using money they don’t have and the fashion industry is damaging to the environment are they irresponsible? People can make there own decisions it’s not down to one women who has got very lucky with opportunity to control what people do. This is the world we live in, it’s materialistic. The only reason other cleaning accounts are on one is because they do exactly the same thing but won’t benefit like hinch has, they trash talk her as they are jealous of the opportunities she has been given and the whole chemical mixing, to much plastic things as an easy route in to do so. They should worry about them selves and there loyal followers not what she is doing.

kisscub · 24/10/2018 14:28

There is actual no need for all that Zoflora she has in the cupboard...and its beside the oven too!

What, exactly, do you think is going to happen to it in the cupboard by the oven?

Honestly, you lot are almost hysterical about this. I'd hazard a guess that you all have more issues than she does.

VerbeenaBeeks · 24/10/2018 14:30

Yes, definitely not just young people or TOWIE alikes or wannabes, I'm so far from either of those lol.
Has all ages and people following from what I've seen.

HSM19 · 24/10/2018 14:30

Kisscub - how dare you overstock ! It’s un-necessary in everyone’s opinion! How dare you go out and spend your hard earned money on stuff you want HmmGrin

HSM19 · 24/10/2018 14:35

The bottle will jump out of its box and open the door, jump up and touch a cooker knob, the cooker according to all these strangers who have never been to her house has never been used, gets confused by the zoflo touching it, becomes aggressive and bursts into flames taking down the whole kitchen, as soon as it hits the sink with all those 4 products it erupts in an explosion taking out the lenor ridden sofas and zoflo dining table, spreads to the toilets with all that bleach and flash bathroom spray and destroys all hangers, boxes and cleaning equipment in the house. The house goes up and the whole of Essex smells like pine ! - could happen you know!

DSHathawayGivesMeFannyGallops · 24/10/2018 14:56

Final Destination: Essex Edition.

Beaverhausen · 24/10/2018 15:07

I hate her! (only joking)

She has the perfect house, she looks perfect and she looks like she has it all, what is not to love about her.

She cleans because it helps her cope with her anxiety and i have to admit after reading her story I understand why she lives the way she does. A lot of her ideas I have started to use especially when it comes to the Zoflora but a lot of her personal items especially her make up room items are soooo expensive and I refuse to spend over £400 on a vanity mirror. I do think she needs to start looking at other space saving and money saving ideas before she becomes to monotonous for her followers. But good on her, there are a lot who are envying her lifestyle and her at the moment and you can see why.

crunchtime · 24/10/2018 16:20

she does NOT have the perfect house! It's awful! yes it may be clean and tidy but it's bland and colourless and sterile and lacking in any personality or homeliness at all!

JessicaPeach · 24/10/2018 16:26

She didn't spend £400 on the vanity mirror beaverhausen, that's what lots of people are taking issue with, that those gifts are going undeclared

VerbeenaBeeks · 24/10/2018 16:43

I don't think the rules are as clear cut as people seem to think when it comes to items that are gifted.
They're not ads as such.
You can give a shout out and a thank you for your items. If you know that she didn't spend 400 quid on a vanity mirror,in order for you to know that in the first place she must have declared it as being one?
If she's said it was a gift - she's declared it was a gift then.

Did anyone watch this this morning? I wonder if Mrs H was asked to go on GMB.

MinecraftHolmes · 24/10/2018 17:35

She has the perfect house, she looks perfect

That's subjective. She puts a lot of effort into her house and her appearance, but it's to her taste (as it should be!).

Kisscub I'm intrigued by the Lenor spraying - what is it actually for? Is it just for the smell? Not asking to be arsey, genuinely interested and I've never come across an explanation for why people do it.

JessicaPeach · 24/10/2018 17:44

The asa guidelines are very clear on gifts verbeena and as she hasn't declared other more obvious gifts there is a lot of ambiguity. The whole point is that there should be no ambiguity at all.

Skyejuly · 24/10/2018 17:59

100% b&m will do grey trees. Insanity.

Boomchicawowow · 24/10/2018 18:47

I followed her. I discovered zoflora (which I use once a week) and the minky (bought a cheap, rip off version on eBay and it is fine). Also a feather duster. I’ve just had some work done to my house so I was up for keeping it clean. So thanks Mrs Hinch, for getting me into cleaning!

Then came the many swipe ups, ridiculous gifts, the constant (hidden) advertising. Also the same sink over and over again. Know what? I got really bored and unfollowed her. Still cleaning my house though.

I have a brain and don’t mix products or spray zoflora over all my house or use 5 different products on my sink. So her account and I are now sadly incompatible. I don’t begrudge her though. She lives in Instagram world, as do the other competitors and your life gets criticised and put under a microscope. Don’t like it? Don’t be an Instagram queen! I doubt Hinch cares as much as her followers think, I would imagine she has been prepared for back lash by her PR company so I think she will be just fine.

Homeinspo · 24/10/2018 19:08

@MaHeidsGouping I looked at Rebecca Reids twitter who wrote the article and she tweeted Sophie didn't want to appear on TV.

I think Lynsey held herself very well on GMB.
