What does the nanny charge surely?

Some charge per hour like they would during the day

I charge hourly until 10pm then £50 to cover until the child wakes up then per hour again

She hasn't done an overnight stay with us yet. I messaged her and waiting for her to get back to me. I was just wondering what others pay

£75 and usually given time off in lieu. It's about an 18 hour shift although she's of course not really working for most of it. We do it twice a year, max. DH just reminded me she's fed too.

I'd say we have a less formal agreement than most wrt things like giving her holidays off (approx 13 weeks full pay), cash bonus once a year etc. She's flexible with hours and is a housekeeper when DS and DD are at school. As they get older she's getting pay rises and less work so we're all happy.
