To make allegations of domestic abuse/harm in connection with a child arrangements application

My husband has been a habitual cannabis smoker throughout our relationship except for the period of about 3 years during which our two younger children were born. He has given up again at the end of July but I am concerned that this will not last (he has given up previously). He has also been emotionally/psychologically abusive towards me for the past 2 years (name calling, using the children against me, manipulation, accusations, threats) but not physically abusive. I am on the point of making an application for a child arrangements order. Is it worth me completing the form C1A mentioning the drug taking and the emotional abuse or (given that I don’t really have any evidence other than some voice recording which may or may not be admissible) or would I just be seen as unreasonable/vindictive? If I don’t mention these things, I am worried that there is a real chance that he will get the kids because he does not work and I do.
