I'm in a massive rut. I'm an "all or nothing" person, but the "nothing" just keeps going on and on and I just can't seem to muster up the willpower to do something about it 
My diet is APPALLING, I am eating crap for the sake of it. And I'm doing zero exercise. I need an overhaul, and quick!
Previously I've managed to shift weight through slimming world and running / weekly classes. But right now I just can't get started. I mentioned a PT to DH yesterday, and he was really sniffy about it. It's spending money on something I could really do in my own. But right now I can't! I know I'm the one who needs to address my diet, but that will come once I start to get active I'm sure as there's no point doing one without the other.
I've never done this before. But I feel I need a radical solution before I hit obesity
