To adore my kid laughing in his sleep

Of course I'm NBU. It's just early and I can't sleep and here has more traffic

But I adore my kid laughing in his sleep... he does it most nights but whatever he's dreaming about must be fucking hilarious tonight as he is giggling away every half hour or so Smile

Too gorgeous. Enjoy

Chrisinthemorning · 03/09/2018 06:19

DS does this, it’s lovely

PhilomenaButterfly · 03/09/2018 06:19

😆

MargaretDribble · 03/09/2018 06:20

DS was still doing this as an adult!

AndhowcouldIeverrefuse · 03/09/2018 06:26

My little one does it too! Makes me smile Smile

MaryShelley1818 · 03/09/2018 07:06

Awww DS (almost 9mths) does this. It made me laugh so much the other night I’m surprised I didn’t wake him.

Ansumpasty · 03/09/2018 07:30

Me too.

Funniest is my brother, though. He would swear-awful words that he wouldn’t say when awake, every night. So funny to listen

JLG19 · 03/09/2018 07:38

Aww my DS did this before he laughed for the first time awake. Melted my heart ♥️

girlie123 · 03/09/2018 07:41

My DD sometimes does this - makes my heart melt and mouth smile Smile
I'd love to be in her head just for a minute to know what she's dreaming about as she can never remember when she wakes up lol

Mokepon · 03/09/2018 07:41

Nope. Mine creeps me out!
A disembodied giggle in the middle of the night, no thank you.

Lynne1Cat · 03/09/2018 07:41

awww bless him. A child's giggle is the loveliest thing in the world

sourpatchkid · 03/09/2018 07:59

Mine too Smile one of my favourite things in life

indianwoman · 03/09/2018 08:11

Wait til they get older. My 7 year old ds shouted out in his sleep the other night, "I'm gonna rip your face off!!!" 😱 it scared me!

kindnessandfarts · 03/09/2018 11:04

@indianwoman we're not too far behind, DS is almost 6! I hope the funny dreams carry on longer. No scary sleep speeches yet

DS (6) has had a phase of laughing and chatting in his sleep. It's cute. Then again I look at my sleeping DCs and they look so carefree and innocent and I still see the baby in them.

I haven't woken laughing for a while now. I like that feeling as it gently fades off.
