To ask how to stop DH leaving coins everywhere?

DH has annoying habit of leaving tiny piles of loose change from emptying out his pockets all over the place, Im fed up of scraping coppers into a jam jar which then sits round for eternity looking crap before I have to separate them all out into bags to pay in or find a charity bucket.

any tips on how to stop him from doing it in the first place? It’s a dust magnet and worried about risk of Baby finding a pile once he’s older and putting them in his mouth!

When you take your coins to bank, do they have to be in those coin bags?
Every bank branch I have ever set foot in has had a mixed coin machine, usually letting you pay in 1000 coins in at a time. If not, you can get the coin bags online (Amazon), from a bank or from a post office.

I got my DH a cool money box and stuck it in his wardrobe. He got the message and it now pays for breakfast at the airport when we head off on our mini breaks.

Whereas I have never seen one, so it seems it is bank and possibly regional or type of branch dependent - I only ever use small town banks and never big city ones.
