A few of my friends have made over a £100 at car boot sales.
When I do them I am lucky if I make £30.00.
I have tried a few tactics and watched a few successful sellers. In the last sale a lady next to me had a massive pile of branded clothes that had mostly been worn and had signs of wear. She was charging £5.00 an item which I thought was expensive but she was selling.
I tried to get rid of my stuff for 50p but no one was interested. Probably distracted by the brands.
