To wish we was warned about spiders

We're renting a lovely two bedroom house been here nearly a month now and since we've moved in it's been nothing but constant spiders.

Next door neighbour said to my OH "that house is full of spiders isn't it"
So the landlord obviously knows and has even had a chat about it with next door.

I can't relax I have to look around each room before I walk in, if there's cobwebs above my head I put a towel over and run through!

The spiders aren't small either! OH has started naming them.

One I've just found in this kitchen sink this morning and that's small compared to the majority of them.

I have a very recognisable one that comes to say hello to my feet, every now and then. Not the best conversationalist, mind.

They're called house spider because that's the type you commonly see in houses but they are meant to be outside and won't die if you evict them. If they're inside they just got lost whilst hunting for a lady friend

I have noticed loads of babies being born between the grass and the concrete bases of the fence. They are on the washing lines, doors, everywhere.

Virbac flea spray for the house/furniture nuked the mahoosive ones in our flat. Haven't seen any for a year now. Used it for cat fleas which it also nuked.
