Or has aptimal baby milk changed for the worse?

I can’t get the new formula to mix properly at all.
I have done as advised and shaken the bottle for longer and tried making with water that’s not been sitting as long as the half hour, but I am getting lumps and grit in the bottle?
My baby has stopped sleeping and is crying a lot I am wondering if it’s linked after reading all the issues people have been having with the new formulation online. he is pulling away from the bottle instead of draining it.

Has anyone else had these issues?
If I change formula, what is most similar to allow easy transition? I have heard cow and gate but this is owned by Danone the same as aptimal?

I changed to HIPP - baby was a bit reluctant for the first few feeds but it fine now.

I eschewed C&G for the same reason.

I actually changed before trying the new formulation. I read a few things and it seemed like the changes were made with monetary considerations at the front of the decision making. Additionally, they made it more expensive so if felt mercenary, hence the change.

I called their helpline and they were awful too.

We use C&G - they’ve no reported problems as far as I know.

Expected a lot of reply’s saying they had same issue! I managed to find thenunchanged original aptimal still for sale In Aldi so bought them out!
