Ooh this is my type of thread! My favourite thing to cook is risotto but I don’t have any pics. We’ve recently bought a pasta machine so been making lots of different types of pasta. My pics are of a Sunday dinner, a Christmas dinner and homemade pizza.

I made a lovely Puy lentil cottage pie the other day, with leftover cauliflower/broccoli cheese mashed into the potato topping.

It looks awful, but it was delicious.

  1. A two fingered salute to the local Chinese takeaway (much nicer, and all vegetarian!)
  2. Vegetarian sushi. Too much effort for too little gain.

DP is japanese so these have become our go to meals (not great photos!) Okonomiyaki, miso salmon and sushi.

I remembered I think we usually put halved cherry tomatoes on the top too, LittleFoxes
