To take a job that pays a lot less but is permanent?

I have a job interview tomorrow,
I work bank nursing as it's flexible for me. However I want to buy a house soon (next year or so) and I thought I'd have a look at permanent jobs.

I know I could do this job with my eyes closed but it's a pay cut as agency pays better than nhs. Also I'd probably have to work Christmas again which I don't do at the moment :/

I don't know what to do! Please help!

Have you looked at private hospitals or nursing homes? They pay better.
Alternatively, take the job and supplement with agency nursing (if you can.)
