Just want to have my windows open at night

In my bedroom.
Live in a mid terrace. One ndn smokes weed on her front step at intervals during the night. Other side has an ancient van and the exhaust fumes are rank ( I understand he needs to keep it running in the winter whist stood on his drive but why in the summer ). I know I can just close the windows so AIBU?

YANBU but I don't know what you can do about it. It's really bad luck to be between two people doing smelly things! I'd hate it myself.
Have you got any back windows? Could you leave bedroom door open with fan running to draw in cooler fresh air from other windows in the house?

Rosyprim - yes that's an idea. It wouldn't be as much if a problem but if I sleep without windows open I wake up groggy and more often than not with a headache.
