Don’t hold your breath if they ring you and give you a day and a time (3pm today to be precise) then don’t turn up.

So you ring them after an hour and person who answers tells you they are running late but that trampoline WILL be installed today, which placates dc’s a bit.

So kids go to bed, you check phone and there’s a voicemail in which you can actually hear glasses clinking, so clearly they’ve knocked off for the day, and message goes something like this: “yeah ..well .. we found your place n everything .. but there’s erm, been a mix up, I mean, there’s some parts missing, so the boss’ll Be in touch ..”

All said in a couldn’t give a shit voice.

Nice, eh? I never tell kids anything until it’s a fair accompli, because of shitty people like this. But dc’s came into kitchen when I rang Iutdoortiys.co.uk to ask them where they were, at 4.40 pm.
So we’ll have two sad dc’s tomorrow.
First world problem and all that but it was the couldn’t give a fuck message that really pissed me off.

Like - we’ll, we’ve got your money now do whaddya gona do about it?

Is there anywhere I can leave a review, does anyone know please?

Or you could wait and find out what has actually happened and what the company plans to do. You appear to have jumped to enough conclusions that you don't need a trampoline to assist you...

Ho ho ho very clever. I see what you did there.

So I’m assuming you either work for REBO or OUtdoortoys.co.uk.

Apparently there were parts missing.
As I said.

But it doesn’t matter because I will Be cancelling and going with John Lewis, who are usually pretty good with customer service.

Seems very silly of Rebo to spend so much money on super slick website, top of google searches, etc, then give shit customer service.

My immediate problem is I have to hear the question “mummy when is our trampoline coming?” About 50 zillion times until we actually get one.

Parts missing when they actually arrived, at 20.38pm. So quite convenient- means you don’t have to start installing a trampoline at getting towards nine o'clock at night.

Or a person on here giving advice?

They’re right, you need to wait to hear the problem and how the company will fix it.
You may not get a refund right now.
You’re assuming a lot of things right now before hearing what’s happened.

Thank you @MrMeSeeks
You have a shocking attitude op. If they had turned up to put it together at that time, I can imagine you would have given them a lovely reception. Things go wrong occasionally, massive over reaction, give them a chance.
