Has anyone ever used mental health apps or trackers?

Just that really...I would like to use an app or a tracker but there are 1000's of them! If anyone can suggest something they have tried and has helped them it would be helpful. I have pretty bad anxiety and depression and would really like to be able to track my mental state...it may help and give me insight into triggers etc?
Fitbit is pretty good as the heart rate is usually a good indicator that I need to step back and it also encourages me to do the 10k steps which helps but I just want something a bit more focused on my mental state.

Headspace is very good. I use it for anxiety and it has helped a lot.

@Springb0ks is that just meditation?

Yeah, it's a guided meditation app but it's really good! It tracks how many times you log in and how long you use it for but that's about it. It has seperate packages for anxiety, calm, anger, refresh, etc.

Headspace is really good. My subscription has just run out and can't afford to renew just yet. I'm really really missing and definitely feel the difference.

You can do a trial run if 10 free sessions on the app so you can try before you buy.

Does anyone know if headspace is a tracker or just mediation? I think an app where you can track moods and write down events would be really good for me, anyone know of one please?

I use calm app for meditation and sleep stories FYI op, I really like it, always helps me sleep when I'm anxious, I don't think I've ever gotten to the end of one of the stories! X

Hi nc1234567. No, headspace isn't a tracker as such. It's just an app for guided meditation although they have exercises you can practise throughout the day to bring greater awareness to your emotions.

I really like the sound of calm. I'm going to check it out.
