WIBU to leave DS sleeping in the Jumparoo

DS is what we jokingly call a "binary baby" - he's either awake or asleep, there is no drowsy state or gradual power down/wake up.

Quite often he suddenly falls asleep in his Jumparoo. I normally take him out to put him down but this wakes him.

WIBU to leave him in there so I can actually eat some breakfast this morning?

Have your breakfast. He'll be fine

HunterHearstHelmsley · 31/07/2018 09:03

Leave him to have something to eat, but not much longer than that.

Ummmmgogo · 31/07/2018 09:04

I don't think it will hurt as a one off. enjoy your breakfast x

GummyGoddess · 31/07/2018 09:06

He's clearly comfortable, and if old enough to be in there he's old enough to move if he wants to. Probably wouldn't leave him in for more than the time it takes to eat though.

JessieMcJessie · 31/07/2018 09:07

Leave him, he’ll be fine. Mine used to fall asleep in his too, it was really funny. But presumably you can eat breakfast while he is awake in the Jumperoo?

Whyohsky · 31/07/2018 09:10

I wouldn’t, but each to their own.

CucumberAnaMint · 31/07/2018 09:20

Ds used fall asleep in his too. Very funny to watch. We used generally move him to buggy when asleep quite easily but was occasionally left for a few mins!

JessieMcJessie · 31/07/2018 09:38

Helpful comment there Whyohsky Hmm

CuppaSarah · 31/07/2018 09:48

As long as you're keeping an eye on him incase he moves to a funny position, I can't see what problem there would be.

FairfaxAikman · 31/07/2018 10:40

@JessieMcJessie I can eat while he's awake but the issue is if I take him out while asleep he wakes and then starts crying.
I took him out after eating my cereal in the end.
