If this ‘man’s’ fiancé actually marries him after this, she’s almost as vile as him

That’s horrendous. I can’t see any mention of his wife to be so bizarre that you’re bending over backwards to blame a woman for the actions of a man

Iamagreyhoundhearmeroar · 30/07/2018 20:55

What utter, utter scum 🙄

FabulouslyGlamorousFerret · 30/07/2018 20:57

That's shocking isn't it

Move2WY · 30/07/2018 20:59

@unfinishedkitchen what on earth has this got to do with the fiance?

The stag is an arse, she isn’t responsible for his behaviour. You are unreasonable for starting a thread about an awful man and making it about his future wife.

milliemolliemou · 30/07/2018 21:00

OP

Anyone in their right mind would reconsider.

Amateur OP wasn't blaming her - just rather overheatedly saying that anyone marrying someone like that would be complicit.

TheSassyAssassin · 30/07/2018 21:00

Bit of a leap to tar the fiancée with the same brush Confused But the whole thing is appalling! Grim and definitely not doing anything to diminish the Brits abroad stereotype Hmm

Deshasafraisy · 30/07/2018 21:01

Why would the tattoo artist accept the job. Wrong as fuck.
English tourists can be a disgrace.

GravyMilkshake · 30/07/2018 21:02

Well clearly the groom is utter scum first and foremost but yes - any woman who married someone like that in the full knowledge of what he is, is deeply suspect too.

Iamagreyhoundhearmeroar · 30/07/2018 21:03

Op didn’t say the fiancé had anything to do with what happened, how could she?
Just that if she isn’t cut from the same cloth she’d be as horrified as anyone else at what her scumbag man had done.

Pixel99 · 30/07/2018 21:04

Agreed - this is very degrading, shocking behaviour. It shames me to be British when there are people who would treat a fellow human being (especially one who has fallen on hard times) like this and think it is "acceptable" behaviour. They are a disgrace to the UK. My ex has done loads that is bad enough but I am grateful that at least he would never ever have ever done anything like this.

PaulRuddislush · 30/07/2018 21:10

Sounds like Tomek is getting a lot of help following this horrible incident. At least some good has come from it.

Slimmingsnake · 30/07/2018 21:14

I read about that.it really upset me ..utter bastards

Slimmingsnake · 30/07/2018 21:17

I couldn't marry someone who did that.it would be over

Stuckinthis · 30/07/2018 21:18

Apparently he and his partner had split before the stag anyway, so moot point:

Hygge · 30/07/2018 21:19

Other reports are saying that Jamie Blake (the groom) is now out of the country with his wife Kerry and their two children, so it sounds like she did marry him OP.

KennDodd · 30/07/2018 21:19

Yes, you're right, in fact it's probably all her fault, her and any other woman that might have been walking past. Bitch!

DesignStatement · 30/07/2018 21:20

Vile group of people and if she marries him she will know how low he sinks. (No doubt they will blame the booze - but booze doesn't turn you into a vile human unless you are already half way there). Sounds like the same attitude as was afoot with the 4 guys that pelted the disabled woman with eggs and flour.

tempester28 · 30/07/2018 21:26

This is heart breaking. What a despicable thing to do. Has any law been broken? Surely there should be some punishment for this behaviour.

IDontEatFriedTurtle · 30/07/2018 21:44

Thousands of men go abroad on stags and pay poor , trafficked or pimped women to fuck them and do each of those women get a story in the paper? The Guardian would probably call them empowered.

It's part of the same vile behaviour though. Truly disgusting and the groom is beyond contempt.

The tattoo parlor should lose their licence.

thenightsky · 30/07/2018 21:53

What with this and the other thread about the poor disabled woman being covered in flour, I just despair. Sad

Unfinishedkitchen · 30/07/2018 22:13

FFS some people just go out of their way to find offence where none exists. It’s obvious I wasn’t blaming his fiancé for the crime. However, the whole point of his trip was to ‘celebrate’ their wedding so she’s relevant.

What I clearly meant was that he is vile (this is a fact so doesn’t warrant discussion) and if she chose to marry him knowing about this then she’s also deeply morally suspect. No way would I marry a man capable of treating a vulnerable person like that. I seriously hope she called it off. This story is so upsetting.

OP posts:
sonjadog · 30/07/2018 22:16

Is "vile" the latest cool word on MN? I see it everywhere at the moment. People are "vile" left, right and centre.

Siestalavista · 30/07/2018 22:16

Well. There's no way in a million years that I would marry anyone that could do that to another human being, especially a vulnerable person x

Iamagreyhoundhearmeroar · 30/07/2018 22:19

Is vile a cool word? Confused. It’s descriptive. As is stupid...

Mousefunky · 30/07/2018 22:20

Ugh, Brits abroad are the worst but when it’s a British stag/hen party its somehow even more obnoxious. This poor man, I’m glad the locals are helping him out. Shame on the shit tattoo ‘artist’ who agreed to do it as well.
