Four -five pints and wants to still look after newborn? Aibu to say no and call him selfish

I've had our three week old since four am this morning straight through as dp Working till eight pm since 9 this morning. He's home but had four pints - two beer and two of strong 8% proof cider while out and now poured himself another. He still wants to look after baby from now till two am as normal (bbay 3 weeks old). Im livid he's slurred his speech and no way can he have the baby and I'm desperate for a break. I wouldn't mind if this was an event but it's a normal Tuesday ffs. He thinks I'm overeacting and he's fine. Aibu? I'm very upset.

No way should he have the baby. I’d be super cross with him. Does he have a problem with alcohol generally?

YANBU. He’s been stupid and unfortunately you’ll have to pay the price. I’d be fuming. You’re not going to get that break tonight, could a grandparent or friend come round and give you a couple of hours to sleep tomorrow? Don’t even bother arguing with him. Stay on alert for your baby and give him a big bollocking tomorrow.

I might drive to my mom's. I think he does but he doesn't. I'm so angry. I havnt drank and been responsible for ten months due to baby. I'm not sure asking for restraint is that hard.
I'm more shocked that he thinks it's fine!!! Wtf

I like to add that he had a night off since baby was born for a mates birthday and was so drunk b7t it was pre arranged and I'd organised myself for him not helping. But this is just a sodding Tuesday !
