My guilty pleasure is peeling the silver foil off the back of pill packets. DH has a repeat prescription so that guarantees me at least 4 strips a month. It is bizarrely satisfactory to peel it off. Please tell me I'm not alone in having a weird habit

Anyone else have a guilty pleasure/weird habit that you would to confess to?

I voluntarily eat doner kebabs when sober.

I love BBQ beef supernoodles too

Singing along to Disney soundtracks whilst I'm cooking. I have a terrible voice so the guilt comes in what I'm subjecting my neighbours to!

And secondly... pulling out handfuls of my hair in the shower. I have long thick hair and masses comes out whenever I wash it. The really satisfying bit is removing the few strands that have inevitably washed down between my bum cheeks

Whenever I cook a roast chicken I always peel off and eat the skin as soon as it comes out of the oven. I don't think my husband knows that chickens come with skin.

Cleaning my ears with a cotton bud. If I twirl it in my left ear I am almost paralysed with pleasure, right ear isn't nearly as sensitive.

Watching make up tutorials and bridal hair videos on YouTube, so satisfying. Same with calligraphy videos on Instagram.

Reading a trash novel by Jane Green or similar, while eating Jaffa Cakes with a big mug of tea.

YouTube, especially vacuous vloggers displaying.... PRIMARK HAULS. I am 32 and a “serious professional” but I will lock myself away to have a good YouTube gorge.

Eating cheese directly from the block, so just gnawing a bit off. No one else in my house eats dairy so I’m not grossing anyone out.

Oh, removing fake eyelashes or, slooooowwwwllyyyy removing mascara with really cold micellar water on a cotton pad. It’s ticklish to the point of being infuriating but also, not.
