Posting here for traffic

My guilty pleasure is peeling the silver foil off the back of pill packets. DH has a repeat prescription so that guarantees me at least 4 strips a month. It is bizarrely satisfactory to peel it off. Please tell me I'm not alone in having a weird habit

Anyone else have a guilty pleasure/weird habit that you would to confess to?

Watching 'Don't tell the bride'. I normally hate anything 'reality' with a cringe factor, but I'm kept going by the fact it usually ends very happily.

Except for that guy who did the wedding as a fashion show in a warehouse.

Namethecat · 23/07/2018 19:12

Dipping jaffa cakes in coffee and sucking off all the chocolate/ sponge mush and putting the orangey jelly bit on the back of my hand, and repeat, and repeat ( a few too many times) and then eating them all at once.

willdoitinaminute · 23/07/2018 20:02

Just finished watching all 70 odd episodes of Lovejoy on UKTVplay. Takes me back to my prime in the late 80s. I will give it 18 months then watch them all again.
Must have watched the Keira Knightly ‘ Pride & Prejudice’ twice a year since it’s release, I will never tire of it.
Also a big fan of salt & vinegar crisps particularly handmade Tesco’s with cider vinegar. And anything peanut butter based.

TornFromTheInside · 23/07/2018 20:14

There's some stuff on here that's borderline insane / erotic!

Jaffa cakes you say?

Gossipgirl2 · 23/07/2018 20:19

Biscuit spread from the jar, picking my mascara off and trash wedding tv like Bridezillas and Curvy brides boutique.

MonoClue · 23/07/2018 20:24

Breaking the seal on a new jar of coffee. I run my thumbnail all around the edge as close as possible to get a nice neat circle.

Almostfifty · 23/07/2018 20:40

A whole chocolate Angel Delight. Heaven.

TrudeauGirl · 23/07/2018 22:51

I must have tight hamstrings, how on earth are you all chewing your own toenails? Shock

sweetkitty · 23/07/2018 23:00

I love the pimple poppers on youtube too. I have recently discovered dandruff scraping - great big flakes of it!

Picking the hard, dry skin from my feet whilst watching TV. I want to try Footner but I'm scared the dry skin won't grow back Grin

Dipping slices of pizza into chicken curry and eating it - food of the Gods!!

CrazyDogLady87 · 24/07/2018 10:09

binge watching real housweives of beverly hills
peeing with the bathroom door open when nobody is home
spending too much time reading MN

crisp butties when dss is at his mums/eating junk as he isn't allowed to, only as a rare treat
playing dss playstation when he isn't home

upaladderagain · 24/07/2018 10:20

Camomila · 24/07/2018 10:33

Almostfifty Next time make your angel delight with mostly Baileys instead of milk. Best pudding ever. I had it once at a dinner party and have never been able to recreate it so there must be a perfect Baileys/milk ratio where it still sets.

Mine is reading HP fan fiction on the internet. I'm writing one of my own Blush

itsBritneyBeach · 24/07/2018 10:50

Thought of some more!! But I don't know if they're really all that guilty Blush

IKEA hotdogs
Trash TV
The tingle you get when you use an earbud GrinBlush

CrazyDogLady87 · 24/07/2018 10:54

ok, I've one more I felt guilty for not revealing another guilty pleasure..... but while everyone else is being so open and more than one has mentioned something naughty...... making then eating hash brownies, and cana chocolate, for medicinal purposes!

BlooperReel · 24/07/2018 10:56

salt and vinegar crisp sandwich, white bread, thick butter.... probably a heart attack on a plate but I love them.

BlooperReel · 24/07/2018 10:59

Oh and even better if I can eat while watching utter garbage tv, the true crime channel if I am feeling morbid, the Kardashians if I don't want to think at all Grin

SendYouUpInFlames · 24/07/2018 11:08

Tomato soup and bread.

I pull the crust off a slice, roll the bread up and squish it into a ball. Or as I call it, a dough ball 😁

Then I chuck it in, cover it in tomato soup, and eat the ball whole.

My husband often makes it for me, but I feel so guilty and like a complete child lol.

Mrsharrison · 24/07/2018 11:12

Oh and me and dh love watching posh hotel buffet videos on YouTube 😁

Ooh that sounds like my next guilty pleasure!

Oysterbabe · 24/07/2018 11:12

My junk food guilty pleasure is potato waffle sandwiches with brown sauce. I like that you can cook them in minutes by putting a waffle in the toaster.

SuperSharpShooter · 24/07/2018 11:26

@TheClitterati 😂
me too. I love a bit of Wu-Tang when the kids are out.
