To want to know I'm not the only one? (Boobs)

Obviously I don't think I'm the only one on Earth but I've never met another woman, knowingly, who has breasts as small as mine. I'm 34aa and have always been worried about it. I constantly wonder if I ought to get surgery. Is there anyone on MN that is in the same boat?

You can find 34Aaa bras in the children's department in Peacocks, trust me I know! I'm a size10, small in the boob department, have been all my life. You can also find non underwires bras in Primark, £6 for 2 I think.
My daughters are in sizes I can only dream about, my mother was big in the chest department and I think that gene skipped me! My girls are very slim, sizes 6/8/10 depending on the shop but in bra sizes double d,e's and f's.
I've never had a cleavage, gap between mine you could drive a pig through, as my mum used to say!
However they don't sag, I'd never be able to keep a pencil under them, whereas my mother could have stored the whole of WH Smiths under hers.

OP try the Little Women website.
I also discovered padded soft bralette things for winter.

And in summer I often wear padded bandeau bikini tops that have a halter neck strap. (Not in the office though!) Looks kinda hip and summery, bit of bust enhancement and really comfy.

This seems a little obvious but have you tried John Lewis or M&S? Their own brand stuff should go up and down to all variations of sizes.

Caveat: I haven't bought bras in a long time for my bee-sting boobs, but there is where I go. When I go out to South East Asia on holiday, I get my bras there as it would go down to the smallest sizes.

If I cannot get AA, I would buy A but in a soft moulded material (forget lace around the cups which creates ugly bumps and spoils the line of a top). The fact there is some air Grin in the cup is ok because the material holds its shape. It is soft too, so no uncomfortable underwire. My strapless and balcony bras are 32A but softly moulded.
