To want to know I'm not the only one? (Boobs)

Obviously I don't think I'm the only one on Earth but I've never met another woman, knowingly, who has breasts as small as mine. I'm 34aa and have always been worried about it. I constantly wonder if I ought to get surgery. Is there anyone on MN that is in the same boat?

Mine too - tiny. Always have been. While I was breastfeeding they were an A which was enormous for me.I'm pear shaped in general no fat until you reach my bum and below.

Socksey · 20/07/2018 22:01

Yup.... flat as they come here 38AAA .... it's joyful.... lol... I tend to wear the padded crop tops from Sainsbury that are £8 each as they need something to hold them in place as they're getting saggy (I'm 45).... for posh I have some bras from Next at 34A but can't breathe.... lol

SummersB · 20/07/2018 22:01

weebarra sorry to hear about your ordeal! I hope I don't come across as insensitive Flowers

PitterPatterOfBigFeet · 20/07/2018 22:01

Candyflip my waist is much smaller than my chest! That's normal surely you're waist goes in then back out at your hips unless you're rectangular!

PitterPatterOfBigFeet · 20/07/2018 22:01

*your

dementedpixie · 20/07/2018 22:03

38AAA isn't even a size! Of course a 34A wouldnt fit as the cup size would be too small. If you go down in the back size you need to go up in the cup size.

CheshireChat · 20/07/2018 22:03

You can't wear really comfy bras when you have bigger boobs either as then you need support. Or see right below you.

But I'd probably want bigger boobs if I were you as you definitely want what you don't have.

Littlechocola · 20/07/2018 22:03

Find a tape measure op.
I have not a lot of boobs and used to hate it but actually, they suit me and my style.

Thisnamechanger · 20/07/2018 22:08

Already said, I have a barrel chest due I a medical issue. I have a broad ribcage but virtually no breast tissue.

"Get a tape measure" really? Hmm how very helpful.

is great if you're a runner

I suppose that's true!

dementedpixie · 20/07/2018 22:11

It is helpful as you may be wearing the wrong size. A lot of women wear a bra too big in the back and too small in the cup. I was fitted (and wore) a 40C fitted by m&s but when measuring myself came out as being 36GG. Wearing the correct size makes a big difference

HermioneGoesBackHome · 20/07/2018 22:13

I have a good friend of mine who is similar. She loved her two pg when she had a little bit more chest.
The rest of the time, she only wears a bra because it’s pretty. She never needs one. Even running isn’t a massive problem for her.

She still hasn’t had surgery.

Thisnamechanger · 20/07/2018 22:15

I am far to embarrassed to get measurements in a store. The only bras that fit me are the small size 8 bralets in H&M and even though they're too tight around the chest they don't gape on the boob. I pretty much have two tiny bumps. The only reason I wear bras is because even through several layers my nipples show which is apparently unacceptable Sad and sometimes it hurts a bit going up stairs

Littlechocola · 20/07/2018 22:18

Er I actually was trying to be helpful. You said ‘I only know my chest and hips’.
I was going to offer advice.

downinthedumppppppsssss · 20/07/2018 22:19

Get a boob job or put some weight on don't diet excursive it off x

FarrahMoan · 20/07/2018 22:20

I don't understand all the pp saying you've measured incorrectly - if it wasn't possible to be a 34aa they wouldn't make and sell that size.
I was a 34aa until I put on weight in my early 20's, I hated my tiny boobs. Now they're bigger but I still hate them because they sag

dementedpixie · 20/07/2018 22:21

She hasn't measured at all though. You don't need to be measured in store, do it yourself

Thisnamechanger · 20/07/2018 22:22

little sorry. I thought you were saying like other pp that my measurements were wrong!

I had breast enlargement surgery last year. I was a 30A. I have litrally never looked back. Clothes/swimwear actually fits, im more confident and things in the bedroom aren't too bad either Wink I spent a lot of time researching surgeons/clinics/manufacturers etc and was very confident in my choices. Couldn't recommend it enough if thats what you really want.

Thisnamechanger · 20/07/2018 22:24

if it wasn't possible to be a 34aa they wouldn't make and sell that size.

Where do they sell them? Other than H&M? All I can find is pastal coloured bras with bunnies on them!

OP posts:
Candyflip · 20/07/2018 22:24

6 inch difference between your waist and under your bust? pitterpatter?

Thisnamechanger · 20/07/2018 22:25

things in the bedroom aren't too bad either

I always wondered, if you don't mind my asking, what happens if they get squeezed Shock Is it safe or do you have to be a bit careful with them?

MereDintofPandiculation · 20/07/2018 22:25

In the old way of measuring, where you measure round boobs, subtract 2 inches, then subtract the under-boob measurement, I always end with a negative result.

It's good actually. Didn't need to wear a bra till I passed 60, and even now I'm not visibly droopy. So I can definitely choose pretty bras rather than worrying about how much support they'll give.

Thisnamechanger · 20/07/2018 22:26

mere did you not have a nip situation? I'd love to go braless but mine show through several layers Shock

Pippa12

Just being nosy but what size did you go to?

Mine have grown to an E cup much preferred when they were a B.
