And in other news.....Yosemite National Park is closed due to a fire......and it looks like the house DH and I had built as newlyweds, our first home, the one we brought our babies home to, is in the direct path of another fire and may already have burnt. Our old neighbourhood was evacuated last night. I feel for the family living there now, but it also has me in tears for myself. DH and I actually hid 'mementos in the walls and under the pilings of the deck along with some coins from the year it was built.

Well, that certainly drifted OTT. Sorry.
