Same here! I hate the amount of food that ends up down the side of the cooker! I dream of the day I have a fully integrated kitchen lol

I have two gap covers a bit like these. It makes a big difference.

@MyDogHasNoNose how did I not know about these? You have made my day thank you! Smile

I just recently had this discussion with a friend! She pulls out her cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine once a month to clean underneath and I said I never do! She was slightly horrified! In fairness to me, my appliances are a tight fit in my kitchen (no space at the sides of the cooker for anything to fall down), and I have very uneven floors, and strong, muscly men have struggled to move the appliances when it's needed so I certainly couldn't do it alone.

!!! @MyDogHasNoNose you are now my new best friend.

MissLingoss · 17/07/2018 11:56

When I had my kitchen done, I got a built in hob that sits in the worktop. Best thing ever. Just a wipe round when you've finished using it.

Other appliances only get cleaned behind when they"re being replaced.

MyDog thanks so much for this great find!!!
Sounds like you should be on commission.

TooMuchSunshine · 17/07/2018 14:50

Just purchased them
I do my cooker once a month and under fridge. Not so often under washing machine as it don't pull out far before the pipe comes off..
