Til I find out where this high pitched, intermittent morse code beeping is coming from. My son can hear it too,

Probably a cat scarer, those things are quite good. If you want to stop the neighbour using it, get the cat to stop using garden as a litter box!

But it’s stopping me using my garden (don’t owns cat so have no influence there).

Probably a Russian number station

Decipher the Morse Code. It's probably an alien first contact.

Could be one of those anti children devices that people under 25 can hear.
