For 3 bridesmaids (who all know each other) and the bride.

Saturday afternoon
Meet at bride’s house late afternoon for drinks, nibbles and a few hen party style games. Get ready to go out together.

Saturday evening
Go into town together. Italian meal. Bar hop several different cocktails bars with different themes (e.g. one is like a science lab).
Go back to bride’s house and get into pyjamas for films and chocolate. Everybody sleeps over at bride’s (seperate bedrooms).

Sunday morning
Coffee and croissants at bride’s house.
Drive to afternoon tea venue, collecting daughters and grandmothers on the way.

Sunday afternoon
Afternoon tea for 15 ish guests.

What do you think? Would this weekend appeal to you?

Lovely but how will you fit dinner, drinks and then films & choc in one night?

In my experience hen party style games only really work with the very drunk not before.

Sounds great! I agree about the bar hopping though, can you book a table somewhere and won’t have to queue? Especially if you’re going on a Saturday night and it could be pouring with rain!

Films and choc sound boring tbh. Dancing in a cheesy club and a late night mcdonalds sounds a much better bet

Practically identical to my friend's hen do except she reserved an alcove with comfy sofas in a cocktail bar where we spend the whole evening. It was a great day.

Why have I never been to one as lovely as this, most involve my passport and a weeks wages

Not sure I would feel like films and chocolate after drinking several cocktails, but otherwise it sounds nice.

It just sounds like a lot...by Sunday morning, particularly after cocktails the night before, I’d want to go home! I’d happily go home for a shower and chill then go back out for the afternoon tea though.

Sounds very special....be prepared for the film after to be ditched as you may all prefer to go clubbing instead (I'd play it by ear)
