Are there any fb groups for your local area, or do you have kids at a school with an email 'care and share' list or similar. Those would be the best ways to find someone.

Thanks manged to find the number of the old cleaner that we used and asked her if she would do us as private clients and told her I would pay her extra 🤗

Personally, I would not recommend fb or solo cleaners without a referral from a friend.

Would also not recommend agency cleaners either (where cleaners are self employed and you manage and pay them cash yourself) but a private company is usually good who employ and train the cleaners - obviously these companies vary but although are never the cheapest option it's the best bet to avoid issues in my experience.
