I eat pretty badly when stressed, and also when very tired. Bread, toast, carbs, extra portions, sweet stuff etc.
I don't have loads of time and when I do have free time I make good food but then I eat it all if there's a bad day or I get really tired I tend to do it to "get me through the day" (I know I know)
there are a lot of opportunities for me to get stressed as I am an LP with a stressful job. I can't obviously change this much but I guess I can change my behaviour.
