98 degrees here in US but everyone has AC so it's fine. Sent my sis link to rent AC in London, not sure why more people don't do that?

Mid twenties day time here and mid teens at night over the last week. I'm fairly close to the coast so probably warmer a few more miles in land.
What I'm finding really difficult is sleeping through the day when I'm on nights, can't win - have the curtains closed and the room is stifling and have them open a bit to allow air in and the light is bothersome - along with the flies and the fecking dog trying to catch themAdd to that trying to sleep on weekend days while everyone enjoys the weather.... Angry
Of course I don't expect the world to stop because I'm on nights, and I'd never expect it to, I just get a bit privately grumpy about it Grin
Oh that and the staff I take over from moaning they'll get no sleep that night because it's too hot.... Have tooth marks in my tongue Blush
That said I'm a sun worshipper and have been out in it as much as possible when I'm off!
