I love the you tube 'rain sounds'.

Rain on a tent, on a tin roof, on a window and so on. And a bit of thunder sometimes.

Someone has told me that these are not actually rain sounds - just someone making pittery pattery noises in a recording studio.

Could this be true?

Noooooooo it can't be it sounds too much like real rain. I like the ones with thunder too.
