So I was underweight as a young one and always vomiting and the humans put me on a special diet.

My doctor gave me a jab yesterday and told me to lose a kilo or two. The humans agreed, but I really think I'm just cuddly.

Am I in denial? How can I get my bikini body back?

Hi Biscuit, my name is Alfie and I too was overweight and told to lose a few pounds.

I went to a monthly WeightWatchers meeting at the vets where I was weighed and measured. I did really well and now have my photo on the wall in the vets under “ Success Stories”.

It wasn’t really that hard to lose the extra pounds. Just cut back on the biscuits, Biscuit x

Being boring,
my vet has set a rule that the food bowls have to be EMPTY for 12 hours a day.
If the cats cannot eat the meal in one sitting, give them less
and both of my cats have waists again
with no ill effects
