To say something to randy beach couple?

Goingalonenow · 27/06/2018 14:33

Because I don't think I can stop myself.

At the beach with DD who is happily playing next to me. A couple have camped right next to us and are a bit... handsy.

His hand has vanished into unknown territory. It's xrated. In public. In daytime. DD can see the lot, shall I say something?

Me too @nofunking, but it doesn’t have to be one or the other. I’ve managed so far in life without fighting in public or being fingered in front of a bunch of strangers who don’t want to see it. It’s actually not that hard.

PinkHeart5914 · 27/06/2018 15:33

Yes I meant he’s @Whatshallidonowpeople but sometimes auto correct does what it likes and it was a quick post on Mumsnet not an exam so the odd spelling mistake doesn’t really matter too much.

Thanks for commenting on a thread just to correct my spelling, life a little dull for you is it?

Rolls eyes 🙄

enoughisenough12 · 27/06/2018 15:34

Nofunkingworriesmate
It's safeguarding. Parents are meant to protect young children from inappropriate things and a child watching couples fingering each other whether on the beach or on a screen is 'age inappropriate'.
Surely all parents understand this?

martapolska2 · 27/06/2018 15:35

Check out the fun police itt.Hmm

Like you never did anything like that when you were a younger age!

BananaToffo · 27/06/2018 15:35

*His?? Don't you mean he's?
*
Oh, fuck off.

OP...they are actually committing a criminal offence - outraging public decency (or something). Point that out if they start up again.

Wetwashing00 · 27/06/2018 15:35

2 girls sunbathing topless at a local
Country spot. Very loving rubs of the boobies were happening. My 10 yr old DD couldn’t stop perving over them

BananaToffo · 27/06/2018 15:36

I never did it in front of children, Marta. Did you?

RhubarbRhubarbRhubarbRhubarb · 27/06/2018 15:36

Why is it fun in front of people who have no desire to see it? Including little kids. Yuck. I’d call that fucking gross, not fun. Sex is lots of fun. Giving the whole beach the boaks? Not fun HmmHmmHmm.

oohyoudevilyou · 27/06/2018 15:37

I witnessed something similar at a theme park recently: A couple (prob early 20's) were french kissing noisily and obviously, and practically dry humping in the queue. After they'd been interrupted for the 3rd time with the queue moving on, I just said sharply "there are children present, please leave each other alone or go somewhere private". They didn't stop entirely, but at least turned away from us. His rolling eyes, gasping and rhythmic rocking back and forth was pretty revolting but luckily my kids were more focused on whinging for ice cream!

eurgh · 27/06/2018 15:37

Hello, it's the sex hedge OP here - just wanted to say I feel your pain! At least my shaggers have the decency to try and hide in my hedge. On the beach in front of kids isn't on at all!

ems137 · 27/06/2018 15:44

I'm no prude but on what planet is it normal to finger someone on a public beach in front of children?!

I hope they have wipes.....
Gross.

RhubarbRhubarbRhubarbRhubarb · 27/06/2018 15:48

@marta

There is nothing wrong at all with a woman wearing a thong bikini.... Confused why are you grinning and chortling at that? She’s allowed to wear what the fuck she likes.

kaytee87 · 27/06/2018 15:49

We were at local river spot last summer when a group of teenage girls arrived and they strip down to thong bikini. My DH didn't know where look lol it was so funny

That's fine and completely different to a couple engaging in sexual activity in public, and in front of children (a separate offence).
Your husband could have just continued with what he was doing Hmm

NoelHeadbands · 27/06/2018 15:53

How is the wearing of a thong bikini comparable to what the OP is complaining of?

One is clothes, the other is sexually inappropriate behaviour.

Could not give the shiniest of shits what people do in private, but don’t bring randomers into your sex life.

Bloodybridget · 27/06/2018 15:56

Agree with everyone else (apart from Marta). I don't want to see that myself, never mind about children.

PinkHeart5914 · 27/06/2018 15:56

I’m not the fun police, I just don’t think anyone needs to be fingered on a public beach with families around. I don’t class myself as boring but no I can honestly say I’ve never been fingered on a beach, I might have many regrets on my death bed but can’t see that being one of them tbh.....

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 27/06/2018 16:01

The OP doesn't mention their age. Doesn't matter anyway, nobody should have to put up with that.

alligatorsmile · 27/06/2018 16:05

They need to cop on

Aye, well, they've already copped off!

Aprilshouldhavebeenmyname · 27/06/2018 16:07

Seriously though - if he gets an ice cream the vendor might touch his hand..

. Envy
Not envy.

Tinkobell · 27/06/2018 16:08

Gross. Hope they weren't handing out sarnies afterwards. There's alt of these saucy / voyerism type posts on MN at the moment aren't there?! maybe its the heat gone to everyone's extremities!! !

BewareOfDragons · 27/06/2018 16:09

Ewwww.

I'd have whipped out my phone, obviously taken a picture and then told them you were calling the police if they didn't move on immediately.

Goingalonenow · 27/06/2018 16:10

I'm not the fun police, just didn't fancy watching it on the beach!

It was by Bournemouth pier btw.

Martapolska - I think most people probably haven’t done that sort of thing before.
