To want to change jobs after a month?

I left my previous job as my manager was bullying me. I enjoyed the actual work just not the person I had to work under. I then got approached by someone on LinkedIn offering me a very different role so I took it. But I'm really not enjoying it.

AIBU to want to look for another job? It's been a month and I'm trying, but I just really dislike it.

No YNBU. But you really should of reported the bullying if you enjoyed the job.

I left my job last year for something better paid, i didn't enjoy it one bit and luckily my old employers wanted me back so I left after about 3 weeks and went back.

I’d give it 3 months so that you’re giving it a chance but no reason why you can’t keep an eye out for what else is around

of course you can look for another job. its up to you. however just a thought ... think of your work record ... as you do your cv for the next job it will be kind of a "hmmm" moment for potential employers that you didnt stay long. you will be asked why you left. just food for thought. that will be the last two jobs that you "left".

A month isn’t very long at all. I would give it 3 then decide.

@balls2DWall I think my main worry is my CV. How do I explain leaving two jobs...

Well job number 1 I said I left because I wanted to learn more and wasn't get it where I was (which was true). Not sure how to explain leaving job number 2 though...

@NT53NJT I wish it had been as straightforward as reporting it but given the company's track record I didn't think they'd be able to help.
