Horrid week - had first seizure last week and in and out of hospital since. Lots of sleeping while recovering has put my body clock in a spin...

AIBU to just stay up and enjoy feeling fairly with it and do some art / watch some rubbish I enjoy instead of trying to force myself to sleep as it's the 'normal' time to do so?

Doctors orders are for me to rest ALL WEEK, must not work, so I'm ok to make the most of feeling ok and doing some nice mindful and healthy things like art and writing at this odd hour right? Then just sleep tomorrow whenever I fancy?

Why do I ALWAYS think I'm doing something wrong! Anyway... Is anyone else up?

I am, I've been a member for a while Smile

I wake up in the early hours most days, doesn't matter what time I go to sleep either. I've got used to it now I suppose, sit and read mn most mornings before everyone else gets up. I do go back to bed for a couple of hours later, before I have to go to work, but it's better than just tossing and turning all night.

I suffered (if thats the right word) from Nocturnal Epilepsy when I was younger, used to leave me dazed for half the day afterwards. Hope you are doing as the doctors tell you Flowers
