So I’ve reached a fair age and never done a proper festival but my two fave bands are both on the lineup at IOW this weekend. Poles apart so a real rarity. Raised it with DH 6mth ago to which the response was ‘it’s so far, expensive, your back wouldn’t cope in a tent for the wknd, what about DD.... blah blah’ so I left it. Now wishing I was there and DH says ‘well you could have gone’. Grrrrr!
