That type of thing makes me want to cry. I know it's dramatic but when you've been looking forward to a nice treat and it's wrong, it's so depressing!

Clubcuts · 22/06/2018 20:57

@Reaa no way give him a sleeping bag! 😂

XiCi · 22/06/2018 20:58

OMFG if I was looking forward to salt and pepper chicken and got sweet and sour I'd be raging. What a twat

mogloveseggs · 22/06/2018 20:58

This reminds me of the time when I was pregnant and my order arrived with mayo. I didn’t want mayo. I was so distraught I couldn’t speak, DH figured out what was wrong and silently returned it Grin

Sharkwithknees · 22/06/2018 21:00

Urgh, I feel your pain. I'd been with a bloke for 3 years and he came home with my 'favourite Chinese'. Well, you fucking wankwomble, I'd only said 2 WEEKS AGO that this particular dish was sickly and didn't eat more than one forkful. He's buried under the porch an ex for a reason

mogloveseggs · 22/06/2018 21:01

XiCi i know Sad

Patio him

sizeofalentil · 22/06/2018 21:06

My ex would regularly order me food he knew I hated so that he could eat it as well as his own. Even when I was paying. To the extent that he told his mum to buy me the one type of chocolate I didn't like for birthdays and Christmas

Sharkwithknees · 22/06/2018 21:08

I'll get the shovel... I'll conceal the digging up with the installation of penguin bollards Gin

SecretNutellaFix · 22/06/2018 21:08

Removing choc privelege for the evening?

Remove it for a week! He couldn't be bothered to remember your order, or double check before he ordered it. It's a pity you weren't a bit faster- then you could have taken his and made him eat the other.

"But I don't want this!"
"neither did I"

TheCheeseStandsAlone · 22/06/2018 21:08

Chuck him out in the garden, then eat his chocolate bit by bit, while maintaining eye contact with him through the window throughout every bite.

adayatthebeach · 22/06/2018 21:32

This has reminded me when I was a child and crying because of mayo on my hamburger. Our food requests are serious! My sympathies

PlayingForKittens · 22/06/2018 21:37

Mine has form.

He once made me mushroom risotto. I hate mushrooms but because I manage to be grown up about such things and still eat them in ragu type sauces he thought that if they were in a risotto I would like it.

Then there was the day he made me tomato soup for a quick lunch before my grandmother's funeral. I hate tomatoes. I was also quite pregnant. There were tears.

But tonight he dropped the girl child at cub camp and came home with the perfect take away selection so he's alright really.

mogloveseggs · 22/06/2018 21:39

kittens I wonder if your cub camp is the same as what my beaver ds is at!

Crunchymum · 22/06/2018 21:44

I know this is lighthearted but why would he think he is getting lucky tonight? even if he'd got the right order?
