My landords have offered me a renewal of a fixed term assured tenancy at my current rate or a new tenancy at fifty pound a month more. I asked about the increase and they said incase I leave in the winter months as I only have to give 28 days notice. Then I find my property for rent at forty pounds less to new tenants on the new rolling tenancy. Surely that is illegal. To offer a me the flat for more that new tenants.
