AIBU to think Occ Health shouldn't disclose full medical history?

I have been offered a job and was required to fill out a health form. As a result of my honesty (lots of things to declare!) I was asked to undergo a medical assessment with a doctor. Whilst he has passed me as fit to work, I have received a copy of a report that is being sent to my line manager which details my full medical history.
AIBU to think that this report should only have gone to the occupational health department and only those conditions which may impede me doing my job (of which there are none) should go to my direct line manager?
I feel very unhappy that my personal health record is being disclosed to my manager when I have been passed as fit to work :(.

That wouldn’t happen where I work, the data should only be seen by people who need to see it IMO. Can you challenge it?

I would get a job elsewhere. Only relevant information should go to the line manager not everything.
