I started a new job barely two months ago and not settling in well.
I've been offered an interview with another company in the same town. I want to go but I'm worried they will tell my current employer (same industry so they may know people), which would be a) awkward b) catastrophic if I didn't get the job!
Is it likely to happen or is there some sort of confidentiality agreement in these situations?
