AIBU for being upset at being (falsely) accused of alcoholism

AIBU to be crying in my room due to being falsely accused of secret drinking by dp.

An hour ago my dp stated that he could smell a strong stench of beer. He then proceeded to ask me if I had had a drink. I categorically stated that no I have not as I have been home all day (true). He said of course he had no issue with me drinking responsibly and that I shouldn't feel the need to hide it. What I find massively frustrating was that he used my sweaty/flushed appearance as evidence, bear in mind I had just been in the garden having a run around in the garden with the dog and that I seemed hyper (really I was just excited after having a pretty boring day). Honestly, I think he has confused the mix of onion (from a cheese and onion sandwich I had eaten just prior) and a bit of BO- grim I know.

I think he may be concerned because a few weeks ago he found an empty of prosecco in a weekend bag- which was the leftovers of a boozy birthday party I had with friends in the park that I had completely forgotten about.

Aside from this we have no other issues.
