I'm making borek for a picnic tomorrow but I'm scared of filo pastry!
The contents is good to go just need to put it in the filo and fry. BUt, it's for a picnic tomorrow. Should I:
- Cook them now and refrigerate
- Make them worth the filo and refrigerate overnight and cook in the morning
- Not do anything else until tomorrow? I.e. don't even make them up?
Help! Trying to expand the food we eat as a family!!
