Anyone seen this? PwC were paid millions to audit carillion. Now it has collapsed they will be paid millions more for the insolvency. This seems so totally wrong, it really reinforces that view that elites can get away with anything. No wonder there is such division in our country.

You're being ridiculous. Companies are required to be audited, by law. Insolvency needs to be managed, it's a complicated job.

PWC provided a service and are being paid for it. They're not a charity.

I thought PWC were brought in after the collapse.

The Carillion auditors were KPMG, not PwC.

PwC would not have been allowed to be administrators if they were the auditors - it would have been a conflict of interest.
