17 months sober and DH just mentioned about having a drink. We’ve just watched a Christmas movie and suddenly I’m getting twitchy about wanting a drink. I can almost taste it.

I won’t, I don’t want to go back there so will read through your thread to keep me on track.

But don't just stay sober for your daughter even though she helps with motivation. Do it for yourself knowing that your daughter will be happier for it but you deserve to enjoy watching her grow and enjoying your life just for you.
