Bloke on Facebook local group was asking for boxes, he said he would come round at 0930 to collect them.

It is now 1000, and no sign of him, no message, nothing.

I have a baby waiting for his mid-morning feed. EBF, so not like I can answer the door in the middle of a feed.

So, AIBU to be a bit pissed off, considering I am doing him a favour in giving him free boxes?!

Put them outside

Flicketyflack · 04/06/2018 10:09

Annoying Angry

Either put them outside with a note 'sorry had to go out' or don't answer door when he comes Grin

Mammyloveswine · 04/06/2018 10:09

I would send a message asking if he still wants them and that you're feeding the baby but he can come round at "convenient time" . If not you'll pop them in the recycling bin

Snowysky20009 · 04/06/2018 10:09

Put them outside?

JustVent · 04/06/2018 10:10

Leave them outside

Shednik · 04/06/2018 10:21

I would answer door with baby latched on. Or leave them outside. But yes, annoying.

PartyAnxiety · 04/06/2018 10:26

He might not even bother to show up at all. I agree it's very rude indeed.

HavingaPanda · 04/06/2018 10:50

@Shednik I have no problem with that in principle, but I haven't yet mastered feeding on the move!

He is still not here, and it is about to start raining, so I shall take my boxes back in and seethe quietly in a terribly British way.
