To want to eat all the food all of the time?

If I could I would just eat SO MUCH food.

It’s delicious. But I can’t eat a whole tray of flapjack , and then tuck into some brownies, and then polish it off with some icecream.p for a I’d morning snack.

I wish I bloody could (health aside)

Me too. My appetite is insatiable. I went low carb and started running so now I eat tons of meat and cheese. I could literally eat thousands of calories a day.

I ate a big fat bagels with pastrami and cheese and lathe chips for lunch and was eyeing up the table over and saw they had avocado on toast and was like mmmmmmmm

Me too. I'm on a diet at the moment and eating plenty of filling, healthy food but I'm not kidding myself that if I could get away with it I would happily consume any quantity of French baguettes filled with Brie, batches of shortbread, mounds of spaghetti, scones, strawberry tarts, pringles, macaroni cheese, pizza...

I've lost 3 stone and am still losing at am healthy now, also I'm pretty happy as I've not actually been 'on a diet' I really am just eating better/less and moving more. That aside, if I could get away with eating whatever, whenever and as much as I wanted I would eat a ridiculous amount. I can easily pack thousands of calories into a day and enjoy the lot. I absolutely love food. Once a week I do eat whatever I want but the rest of the week I'm mindful, I'm OK with this for my health and weight. I can dream of the days of eating all the food all the time thoygh

Does it still taste good when you eat a lot?
I find food doesn't taste that great unless I'm genuinely hungry.

Me tooooooo. I would literally eat:
all the Krispy Kreme donuts (original glazed only obvs)
White doorstep bread/toast with lashings of lurpack. Actually any kind of baguette as well
Chocolate croissant from Pret
Pain au chocolate
Croissant
Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeese. ALL OF IT
Pasta and potatoes
Chip shop chips
Any pizza on the Pizza Express menu

I've lost 2.5 stone this year and so I don't eat any of the above, but I could shovel it all down quite happily
Off to brush my teeth so I don't raid the goody drawer!!

I think Dawn French once said that she worries that there is a really thin person somewhere inside her saying "listen to me! Eat what I say!". I don't have that problem. Instead, I have a morbidly obese person inside me constantly suggesting things I should eat. Normally, I bump along the very top weight of being a healthy BMI. However, I recently put on half a stone and am really struggling to get back down again as I just want to keep eating.

I have a ridiculous appetite at the mo. I just think of food all the time and eat lots I shouldn't... Then moan I feel fat and haven't lost my baby weight from 12 weeks ks ago.

I have just eaten two , two finger kit kats and two packs of hula hoops.. Instead of a dinner..! Not t cooking for just me. DS is at a sleepover and dp at work. Baby in bed so crap food and crap tv

This is me to a tee as well. I practically inhale my food! Keeping, did you not track your calories at all losing weight? Three stone loss is amazing! How long did it take you to lose?
