To ask about your low calorie snacks?

I'm calorie counting to lose weight and generally managing fine except that I feel hungry all the time until I've had my evening meal, and it's eroding my willpower!

I think I need better low calorie snacks to fill me up - does anyone have any suggestions for something satisfying and filling that's not more than about 120 calories?

Thank you!

@TittyGolightly

How is it a drip feed?! Nobody needs to know my medical history to offer snack suggestions, and the vast majority of the things PPs have suggested are things I could eat (and those that I couldn't, like the meat and some of the dairy, I can recommend to my non-veggie husband).

I really need some chocolate in the evening, so each night I have a Nutella Be-Ready or 2 finger kit kat with a cup of tea. It’s my daily treat! And each is less that 130 cal.

Soreen bars! The chocolate or banana ones are really nice. I take them to work and it makes me feel like I'm having a cake bar (almost!).They are slow release, too, so you won't get a sugar hit and feel hungry afterwards.
I also find eggs filling for breakfast and often have turkey bacon, which is about 30/40 calories a rasher.

Marigold Swiss bouillon - 1 Level tsp in cup of hot water is only 12 calories.

I have it! A slice of wholemeal bread - lightly toasted with the white of a boiled egg. Rather yummy.
