My SIL (40s) speaks loveydovey to BIL in public

I know I’m being unreasonable, it’s nothing to do with me. But SIL (recently married for third time if that makes a difference) is like a teenager with newBIL.

Her children are mortified and quite frankly I agree with them. She’s doing the whole “No YOU put the phone down” thing and “I love you more” when she rings him and we can all hear. She sits on his knee in public and murmurs loveydovey stuff.

She’s 45!

I didn't like all that as a teenager let alone now. Hopefully she'll calm down, I always think 'what are you trying to prove and who to?'

Apart from sitting on his knee I wouldn't find this cringy.
