Do you believe in a happy weight?

I wonder if a "happy weight" is a thing. Been losing weight for a while now and am half a stone to where I want to get (fyi current BMI is 21, aiming for BMI of 20) anyway I keep losing and gaining the same few pounds. Do you think I've reached my "happy weight", ie the weight I'm naturally supposed to be and so that i don't need to keep dieting

yes - I got down to 10st 9 a few years ago and losing the last 2lb was horrific - I had to battle for weeks to get it off. yet I was still only half a stone or so under the 'overweight line' for my height.

I know that just under 11st is my happy weight and I'm not going to make myself miserable trying to get under that again

Mine is about 9 and a half stone or a bit below, which is actually still a BMI of 24 because I’m small. I’m about a stone and half more than that at the moment and I feel uncomfortable.
