Turkish for us is number one.

The meat dishes are seriously good. Vegetarian dishes delicious.
Veg-meat casseroles to die for.
My very fussy eater dd eats all her vegetables there, she becomes adventurous.
Seriously even a simple toast made in a small simple kiosk, is a full blown feast, with simple ingredients we couldn't think of putting together that go so well together. For that reason, on holiday in Turkey, we picked up some menus from some places we loved eating at and brought back home to replicate here. I'm trying to make them occasionally.

I love fast and simple cooking. I hate spending hours for kitchen work, i resent time spent in the kitchen, doing unnecessarily complicated dishes that take several stages blah blah blah. I learnt some simple Turkish dishes which I further adapted to my home routine, simplified further. Happy.

We love some Chinese too, but not too broadly.

Has to be Mexican for me. I make my fair share of Mexican dishes at home and we eat out at Mexican restaurants every now and again. Once you've had the proper food from that country though, I find the British take just doesn't quite cut it! I acquired so many recipes when we went on holiday there though, the people were so lovely.
